All actions taken by Work-placepensions (a product of Salvus Master Trust owned by Goddard Perry Consulting Ltd) on behalf of a client will be based on the information supplied to Work-placepensions by the client. If that information is incorrect, incomplete or misleading, then Work-placepensions will not be responsible for any errors or for any action taken by The Pension Regulator, or other regulatory organisations.

The Work-placepensions client agrees to supply any necessary information requested by Work-placepensions/SALVUS in the format prescribed by Work-placepensions.

Work-placepensions will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Work-placepensions client is able to register Work-placepensions as their Qualifying Workplace Pension Scheme, at their staging date, but if external circumstances prevent this or cause any delay that are outside of Work-placepensions, then Work-placepensions/SALVUS will not be held responsible for any action taken by The Pension Regulator or other regulatory organisations.

The client and Work-placepensions undertake to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Data Protection principles when performing this agreement, and to do all things necessary to enable both parties to comply with its own obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Work-placepensions, Salvus Master Trust, Goddard Perry Consulting Ltd, HS Administrative Services Ltd and Strait Logics Ltd have not provided advice to the client on the suitability of the Work-placepensions product for the client. Should any client be unsure of the suitability of Work-placepensions or SALVUS Master Trust for their circumstances then they should take Independent Financial Advice. Work-placepensions can provide this via Goddard Perry Consulting, but there will be a charge for this service, full details of which will be provided when engaging the service.

This service and product is based on our understanding of current legislation, and is subject to change. Should any change in legislation occur, then Work-placepensions reserve the right to withdraw, alter or amend the service or product accordingly. No refunds of fees paid to date will be possible.

If you leave Work-placepensions, you will be given a period of six months to find an alternative pension scheme for any future contributions. The accumulated pension funds can remain in the Work-placepensions or be transferred to your new scheme.

An annual management charge of 0.49% will be levied monthly against each and every members fund value together with an administration fee of £1.00 per month per member deducted from each and every contribution for an active member (50p per month per member for a deferred member).

Work-placepensions is a product designed by Salvus Master Trust which is a brand name of Goddard Perry Consulting Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Financial Conduct Authority Registered number is 125376. Goddard Perry Consulting Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. More information can be found at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/

There may be cover provided to our Trustees by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of investments held and the circumstances of the claim.

If you join Work-placepensions without advice you may not be covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS. Information is available from www.fscs.org.uk
